How to curb hunger while breastfeeding?Updated a year ago

If you feel you’re eating enough calories but are hungry all the time, there are some ways you can curb your hunger. 

  • Eat regularly
  • Limit sugar intake
  • Focus on nutrients
  • Eat more protein. Aim for 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight per day. For example if you weigh 70 kgs aim to eat 70 grams of protein per day.
