I did not place an order. Why was I charged?Updated 2 years ago
- If you think you did not place an order and were charged you must have clicked the "Subscribe & Save" option rather than "one time purchase" option when you first ordered.
- We sent a subscription confirmation email when you first placed your order with details of your subscription.
- In addition we send a subscription reminder email 3 days before your subscription was processed.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so in yourself in your subscription portal or you can contact [email protected]
