Do I have to follow the meal plans in your 12-Week Healthy Weight Loss Support Program?Updated a year ago

    The meal plans in our 12-Week Program are just there if you need extra guidance on what to eat for the rest of the day.

    You don't have to follow it, but it's there as a resource if you would like some ideas for what to have for dinner etc. 

    To save time we suggest choosing a couple of your favourite meals and then making extra to have on left overs on other days. This will save you cooking new meals every day.
